About the company
SSC “Otbor” is a full-cycle breeding & seed-production center: from hybrid development to seed production and supply.
Founded in 1991, we run our own corn-hybrid breeding program, multiply and calibrate seed on a modern production base, and supply growers across Russia and the CIS. 18 of our hybrids are listed in the State Register.
Production
Our own hybridization plots, a drying-and-calibration complex and warehouses ensure high seed quality and germination.
Breeding & science
The breeding program targets yield, early maturity and cold/drought tolerance across diverse soil-climatic zones.
Supply geography
Our seed is grown from the North Caucasus to Siberia and the Far East, and in Belarus and Kazakhstan.
